can't download history data

I try to download data from Interactive broker. I already connect to IB account simulate account and can see portfolios information. But When I try to do download history data, it's has some exceptions. 1: System.TimeZoneNotFoundException 2: System.ArgumentException: [img=106307]pic01.JPG[/img] [img=106308]pic02.JPG[/img] [img=106309]03.JPG[/img]
